Wholesale Terms & Conditions
By purchasing wholesale blanks from Mumma Makes, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
All products sold within our wholesale range are supplied strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis and are intended for resale, commercial use or business purposes only.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing as a business and accept these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms govern all wholesale purchases made through Mumma Makes and supersede any conflicting terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
As these are business-to-business transactions, purchases are not covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which apply to consumer purchases.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not place an order.
1. Wholesale Sales
All products sold through our wholesale section are supplied strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing goods for business use and not as a consumer.
As these are business transactions, purchases are not covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which apply to consumer sales.
2. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Payment
Full payment is required before goods are dispatched unless a credit account has been agreed in writing.
Ownership of all goods remains with Mumma Makes until payment has been received in full.
4. Product Information
Whilst every effort is made to ensure all product descriptions, photographs and specifications are accurate, slight variations in colour, finish and dimensions may occur due to manufacturing tolerances.
Any pressing temperatures, times and pressure recommendations provided are intended as guidance only. Customers are responsible for carrying out their own testing to determine the most suitable settings for their equipment, inks and production methods.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the nature of wholesale business sales, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept exchanges for unwanted goods or items ordered in error.
Returns for unwanted items may only be accepted at our discretion and must:
- Be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Be returned at the buyer's expense.
- Be unused.
- Be in their original packaging.
- Be in a clean, undamaged and fully resalable condition.
Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.
6. Restocking Fee
Any authorised return of unwanted goods or incorrectly ordered items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
The applicable restocking fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
7. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Any shortages, damaged goods or incorrect items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Photographic evidence may be required before any replacement or refund is considered.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to investigate your claim.
8. Faulty Products
If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us before returning any goods.
We may request photographs or further information to assist with our assessment.
Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK business sale legislation.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Wholesale blank orders are shipped at a flat rate of £7.99 for parcels weighing up to 20kg (UK Mainland only).
Orders exceeding 20kg cannot be shipped using our standard delivery service and will require dispatch via an alternative courier.
Where additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you before dispatch to advise of the revised delivery cost. Any additional shipping charges must be paid in full before your order can be dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all wholesale orders as quickly as possible.
Once dispatched, your order will be sent using a 48-hour delivery service. Whilst delivery times cannot be guaranteed, we aim for your order to arrive within 2-3 working days from the date your order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the goods are confirmed to be faulty.
10. Product Suitability
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended purpose.
As every heat press, printer, ink and production environment differs, we strongly recommend carrying out your own testing before commencing production.
Mumma Makes cannot be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect pressing temperatures, pressure settings or production methods.
11. Intellectual Property & Product Images
All product photographs, lifestyle images, graphics, product descriptions, specifications, logos, branding and website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mumma Makes and are protected by copyright.
The purchase of wholesale products does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, edit, distribute, download or publish any of our images or marketing materials.
Our images may not be used for:
- Websites
- Social media
- Etsy
- Amazon
- eBay
- Shopify stores
- Printed catalogues
- Flyers
- Advertising
- Paid promotions
- Any other commercial or promotional purpose
Wholesale customers are responsible for creating their own product photography and marketing materials.
Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may constitute copyright infringement, and Mumma Makes reserves the right to take appropriate legal action where necessary.
Any permission granted by Mumma Makes for the use of our images or marketing materials must be provided in writing and may be withdrawn at any time.
12. Resale of Products
Wholesale products purchased from Mumma Makes may be incorporated into finished personalised products for resale.
Customers must not represent themselves as Mumma Makes or imply any affiliation, partnership or endorsement by Mumma Makes.
Products must not be advertised using Mumma Makes branding, logos or photography without our prior written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, production downtime or loss of revenue.
14. Force Majeure
Mumma Makes shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfil its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, courier delays, supplier shortages, industrial action, pandemics, power failures or acts of God.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
