Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds.

If you wish to return an item please contact us via email within 14 days of your delivery to request your return. If the return is accepted you have 14 days to return the item to us. Items being return are returned at the buyers cost and the item must be in it's original packaging, unused, unworn and undamaged, unless the item is damaged or faulty, in which case a returns label will be sent to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised, sale items or gift cards. Seasonal items are not eligible for return or refund.

We do not offer an exchange policy.

All orders once place are non-cancellable

Damages and delivery issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we open a case for you and endeavour to correct the issue. Damages, incorrect or faulty items need to be reported via email to hello@mummamakes.co.uk with images within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours it is at the discretion of Mumma Makes as to whether we are able to replace items delivered incorrectly or are damaged on delivery.

Shipping Delays
Mumma Makes will send your order out for delivery within 1-2 days for standard stock items and 2-3 days for personalised items. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays and acts of God that prevent your item from arriving on time and are not able to cancel or offer a refund for your order neither can we refund your delivery charge should delays and late order arrivals occur. It is very rare that delivery delays occur but but during peak seasons i.e. seasonal dates, Valentines, Mother's Day etc. local depots can become overwhelmed with parcels which can cause delays in deliveries, we again cannot be held responsible for these delays as they are beyond our control.

Non delivery or return to sender (parcels returned to us by the courier)

If you are not in at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again the next working day.
After the initial or 2nd attempt, the courier may deliver you parcel to a local collection point, dependant on their policy, at which point it is the customers responsibility to collect the item within 3 working days. 

In the event of failed delivery or the item being returned to us (as a direct result of the customer not being in at the time of delivery or failed collection from a collection point) a refund will not be issued for personalised, seasonal or made to order items.

It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay any additional postage charges to send the order out for delivery again - this will be charged at our standard shipping cost of £3.95 - if the customer is unwilling to pay for the 2nd delivery charge, Mumma Makes is not required to issue a refund for the order if it contains seasonal, personalised or made to order items.

Pre-Sale Terms & Conditions

Orders placed as part of our pre-sale offer are subject to the following terms:

  • Pre-sale ends 31st August. Orders placed before this date will be dispatched from 1st November.
  • After 31st August, pre-sale pricing ends and products will return to full price.
  • Pre-sale orders are made to order and cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded once placed.
  • By purchasing during the pre-sale, you agree to wait for the specified dispatch date.
  • Any non-pre-sale items ordered at the same time will also be dispatched from 1st November.
