Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Express Delivery: £5.95 - Express Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery (approx 1-2 working days after your order is processe)

Free Delivery: Available on orders over £50 - Standard Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery (approx 2-3 days after your order is processed)
International Shipping:

Delivery Delays:
Once dispatched, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, seasonal demand). We are not responsible for delays after dispatch.
Order Issues:
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us via email hello@mummamakes.co.uk with your order number.
Pre-Orders / Pre-Sale Items:
Please note that any pre-order or pre-sale items will be dispatched from the date specified on the product listing.

If you order in-stock items alongside pre-sale items, the full order will be shipped together on the stated pre sale despatch date.
